A typical 5×8, three piece bathroom (tub or shower plus a toilet and a single bowl vanity sink) remodel can take as little as a week. However, the same 5×8, three piece bathroom renovation in which we gut everything to the studs usually takes 2-3 weeks. Obviously, if the bathroom is larger and the renovations have foot print changes the reno process could go 6 weeks or longer. On the complete opposite side of the spectrum, a Bathwraps tub or shower only, can usually be done in 1 day!
If you choose a Bathwraps by Jacuzzi product, they offer a lifetime warranty which is fully posted on the Bathwraps page of this website. Click on the "Learn More" box for full details. Other than that we do not offer 3rd party warranty on materials. We DO offer a 12 month warranty on all our workmanship.
Homeowners typically spend between $7,500-$18,000 to remodel their bathrooms depending on the extent of the renovations. However, a full mid-range phase 3 project can cost anywhere from $20,000-$40,000, again, this is depending on the extent of the renovations. If you are doing a basic remove and replace, it saves expenses on mechanicals such as plumbing and electrical changes. Also, changes to the footprint of your bathroom factors greatly into the cost, and can skyrocket expenses.
A basic phase 1 remove and replace obviously costs less than a foot print change. The materials you select also bear heavily on the cost as well. But it greatly pays in the long run to choose high quality materials with warranties such as our Bathwraps by Jacuzzi products, because bathrooms see a lot of moisture and activity. These durable materials will insure your shower stands the test of time. It's always best to do a project once, rather than spend money to do it again.
According to the 2020 Cost vs Value Report sponsored by Remodeling Magazine, the National Average for a mid-range full bathroom remodel is $21,377, while an upscale bathroom full remodel is $67,106. According to Home Advisor the average bathroom remodel in New Jersey is between $8,000-$18,700 depending on the extent of the work.
